Amazing is the way I would describe the interest for Supermotards so far, and not just from competitors, spectators have been calling to know when and where they come and watch. As an extra incentive for spectators to come and view the inaugural round of the series, the first round will be virtually free for spectators, a gold coin donation, which will go to charity, will be asked but by no means compulsory.

Some riders who will be pulling on their boots to ride for the series is former superbike punter Greg Moss riding for Martin Craggill Racing and supported by Shell Advance, Greg will be riding a KTM LC4 supplied by Craggill. Jason Love, a front running SuperSport rider will be all out to claim the number 1 plate with his spectacular back it in style. Scott Stephens, another former Superbike front runner is donning the apparel again to mix it up on Motorcycling Australia's Neil Bird's Yamaha WR400.

There is a huge interest from Australia's international riders who are itching to ride but are committed to their overseas duties. 

38 riders have entered for the event with a fair mixture of riders, A grade MXer's, a Speedway rider, dirt track riders and road racers as well as Juniors.
