- Apr 30 - News - Schedule for
practice and qualifying will be changed from the next GP on. Until
now it was two days, Friday and Saturday (except Valkenswaard and
Genk, where because of the muddy circumstances the Friday program
was cancelled). From now on all practice and qualifying will be done
in just one day, the Saturday. The Sunday program will see a small
change. The warm up for the 500 class goes from 09.30 till 12.00
o'clock.

no replacement for the Italian GP, scheduled for June 24th. This
means that the series will consist of 14 rounds.
- Apr 30 - News - The
GP of Austria at the Kärntenring on June 10th has been postponed
until September 23rd. It will be the final round of the competition.
