Jan 14 - News - Marty Craggill hopes to return to the Pacific World SuperBike Team again this year after a best tenth place finish at the final round (Imola) last year. He has not signed yet but hopes to do so soon
Jan 13 - News - Broc Parkes is still trying to secure a World SuperBike seat for this season. Nothing has been confirmed as yet but 20-year-old Broc is negotiating to stay in SuperBike and is optimistic that the outcome will be in his favour. In 2001 Broc scored 3 top ten finishes aboard his privateer NCR Ducati. Fingers crossed we will see him doing even better this year

Jun 1 - News - World SuperBike riders Marty Craggill, Broc Parkes and Nigel Arnold have been involved in a hefty car smash in Italy. As we understand it Broc was driving but was not at fault as they pretty much just got T-boned. Nobody is too seriously injured as we understand it. Broc has broken ribs from a previous bike get-off so that wouldn't have done him any good, Craggill is okay, but Arnold might have broken his neck but as we understand he is not in danger. Rumours have been going around that Broc broke both wrists etc. but we can tell you that they are wrong. Broc had broken ribs from a testing crash some weeks ago and they were obviously a bit more tender after the crash but the only new injury he sustained was two black eyes and a bit of a shake up

We have an active system ready for this weekend but it is still to have the finishing touches added that will make it more user friendly for you. Remember to make sure you enter all details correctly when registering otherwise you won't receive your password to enter your tips for the 2nd round. The pages are ASP so they maybe a little slower than the pages you are accustomed to seeing on MCNEWS.COM.AU but just wait the extra couple of seconds for the drop down lists etc. to appear. Go to it, register and add your tips for this weekends World SuperBike, SuperSport and American SuperBike rounds. Take your time as for this first round you won't be able to go back in and change your tips.

Feb 8 - News - Broc Parkes and Wayne Gardner were on Channel Nines 'Today' show this morning. Obviously having Wayne as your manager opens doors like these. Broc was sat aboard a Ducati for most of the interview even though they spent most of the time talking to Gardner who was sat on a Fireblade (I believe Honda keeps Wayne in Fireblades). They even showed snippets of them riding slowly around the track aboard the street bikes. Seriously though, good on them for getting in the mainstream media. Broc will be the youngest guy in World SuperBike this year and will ride for the NCR Ducati team
