Suzuki's Shawn Giles came under some stiff opposition in the shape of young Liam Magee at round one last month but it will be on for young and old this weekend as the high flying Yamaha trio of Baird, Curtain and Coxhell will be out to show up the reigning Australian SuperBike Champion.

Curtain will have his work cut out for him though as he is entered in the World SuperSport event, Australian SuperBike events and Australian SuperSport events!

Queensland's Robbie Baird was extremely fast at Eastern Creek last weekend as was Shepparton teenager Craig Coxhell. With the three Radar's Yamaha boys on the Australian SuperBike grid for the first time this year it will make for the probably the most exciting racing we will get to see in domestic road racing. (Radar's Team Yamaha do not normally attend Australian SuperBike events, electing instead to only compete in the FX Tri-State).

Honda's Josh Brookes has now come to terms with the new CBR 954 Fireblade a little better and is also sure to be a factor at Phillip Island.

In the Australian SuperSport races Kevin Curtain will be up against series leader Shannon Johnson. Also sure to be in the hunt will be Cameron Donald who suffered a H-U-G-E highside out of Honda Corner at Phillip Island last month (Click here for images).

Other front runners will be in the shape of a much improved Reece Bancell taking on Russell Holland once again. That ended in tears last weekend (Click here for images).

The 250 Production races will be tight but it is likely that Josh Forster, Dustin Goldsmith, Paul Simonson will fight it out with Raven Racing's Jordan Coote who is the current point leader in the class after taking round one from Glen Kelleher.

All this domestic road racing action along with the World SuperBike/SuperSport events means there should be one place for you to be this weekend.
