2002 Australian Sidecar Championship - Round 1

Curran and Curran led them around lap 1 from Pledge and Oakes. The Messina/Scoullar outfit squeezed through on Pledge/Oakes a couple of laps later.

Then in the closing stages of the race Messina and Scoullar took the lead and the win from the outfit of Curran and Curran. Buckley/Abrahams 3rd, Hair/Burrows 4th.
