• Clarke wins, Kelleher takes 2nd, George 3rd and Coote 4th

• Last lap and Clarke a country mile ahead but titanic battle for 2nd between Coote, Kelleher and George

• A little over half race distance and now Clarke is 8 seconds in front of Coote

• Clarke recording times in the low 1m19s bracket, the best of his pursuers are doing 1m21s times

• Brendan Clarke out on his own, 3.8 seconds on Coote now, Kelleher past George for 3rd

• Clarke pulls out another second on lap 2 to extend his lead out to 2.2 seconds, Coote still 2nd but pulling away a little from George and Kelleher

• Kelleher looks to maybe have bike problems but currently 4th

• As they start lap 2 Clarke has a 1 second lead over Jordan Coote who in turn has a couple of lengths on Brent George
