• Lap 1 - Mike Soderland got the jump in race of the FX Pro Twins but McMartin immediately started to challenge down the back straight and actually nosed in front but Soderland got him right back

• Lap 2 - McMartin started lap 2 with the lead and building on his lead, Soderland was challenged by both Peter Hinton and David Butler but held on to 2nd

• Lap 3 - McMartin had a 2 second lead by lap 3 while Soderland was coming under increasing attack from David Butler

• Lap 4 - Butler swapped places with Soderland numerous times on lap 4 and took the 2nd place from the Aprilia rider

• Lap 5 - Battle still being waged between Butler and Soderland

• Lap 6 - David Butler fell at the end of the back straight which allowed Soderland to get 2nd, McMartin took an easy win by over 3 seconds
