Dustin Goldsmith, Josh
Forster were the early leaders. John Allen made a mistake on lap 1
which cost him lots of time and pushed him back in the pack.
Goldsmith and Forster swapped places numerous times over the first few laps, then Caleb Stalder joined the fray. By lap four John Allen had caught the leaders after his early mishap, and shot almost immediately to the lead. Forster and Stalder still challenged Allen and the older rider made a mistake running on to the main straight for the penultimate time and went grass-tracking! Allen did manage to recover though and salvaged fourth place. The fight for the win went down to the wire with Stalder taking the win by a hundredth-of-a-second from Josh Forster, Goldsmith a length behind in third.
Fastest Lap - 1m44.584, John Allen
