| Joshua Waters led from start to finish while O'Halloran recovered from a poor start to work his way back past Thompson, Kelly and Galvin to earn second place. The battle for third place was intense between that latter three riders before a last lap incident at turn one saw them all fall, which meant third place was inherited by Paul Campbell. |
