  • 1236 - Suspect that very broken bike might belong to Brent Odgers but not 100% on that
  • 1233 - That Superbike that went down the road early in the race, still not sure who it was, they walked away, but the machine is absolutely destroyed and broken in half. The thing just flew into pieces as it tumbled over and over.  The footage is absolutely sensational while at the same time being downright scary, that was one of the most spectacular bike destructions I have ever seen and definitely a very expensive one, I can't see anything being salvaged from that machine whatsoever
  • 1231 - We know how brutally powerful is that GSX-R and it will be a drag to the line.... But Jamie gets a break around the back of the circuit and the Hayshed... Three bike lengths between them at MG.... But no Jamie gets good drive through 11 and 12 and Gilesy has no answer for him so yet again the win goes to Jamie. Giles second, Charlton third then it was Fergusson, Allerton, Staring, Coxhell, Dan Stauffer, Johnson, Gobert, Maxwell, Tozer, Whiteley
  • 1230 - Last lap and Gilesy is now all over Jamie!!! The Suzuki man saving his run to the end...
  • 1229 - Jamie leads by a second over Giles with two laps to run... Charlton, Staring and Fergusson covered by only a couple of tenths as they tussle for the final step on the podium.  Staring out brakes himself at four!  That's his game up and out of the fight for that podium, just way too sideways and untidy on entry and had to stand it up and take the escape route right between Charlton and Fergusson!  Could have been messy...
  • 1228 - Lapped traffic starting to come into play... Charlton back up to third... This trio fighting very hard but Krusty looks to be playing perhaps a bit of a waiting game while letting the other two tear up their tyres...
  • 1227 - Charlton back up to third at turn four, but Staring around the outside at turn seven!  Brave move indeed!  Krusty right there and in the hunt...
  • 1226 - Staring gets a better run on to the straight as Charlton searched for grip out of turn 12 and goes back to third place into turn one. Again Bryan really screwing that Pirelli into mush out of turn two
  • 1225 - Charlton takes third back at turn four, Krusty right in this mix now also.  Jamie the clear leader, Shawn a clear second
  • 1224 - Staring under Charlton at MG Hairpin, third place is his... He was to try and put some space between him and the gaggle behind him now as Fergusson is also queuing up for a crack at Charlton
  • 1223 - Big slide for Bryan out of turn two but stays on the gas and keeps position
  • 1222 - Staring the only rider anywhere near the front that is not on Dunlops, his Honda shod with Pirellis this year.... Under Allerton at MG Hairpin goes Staring!  Forceful but fair move and now he has his sights set on Charlton... With Allerton dispensed with Staring has his chance at the podium if he can crack Charlton
  • 1221 - Dan Stauffer and Adam Fergusson running only a couple of bike lengths behind that tussle over fourth spot between Allerton and Staring
  • 1220 - Perhaps not half a second the gap but a few bike lengths at least. Staring having lots of trouble getting past Allerton and their tussle has given Charlton some breathing space
  • 1219 - Staring picking up his pace, challenging Allerton and Charlton now in a tussle for third place. Jamie has around half a second on Shawn...
  • 1218 - One of the riders just had a big off but walked away fine, his bike though in pieces!  Not sure who it is but not one of the usual front runners... Jamie to the lead now and he pulls some ground on Gilesy around turns 11 and 12...
  • 1217 - Jamie into the lead at turn one but Gilesy gets him back with a better run and line to turn two, this pair already breaking away
  • 1216 - Aussie Superbikes are away and the master of slightly dodgy conditions is leading the way and that is of course none other than Shawn Giles!  Jamie on his tail and Scott Charlton an impressive third as they go around the back of the circuit for the first time...
  • 1213 - Race control are now in the process of signing off on the Superpole list and with Kagayama not taking any more part in the round it means that Brookesy will be promoted to 16th and thus will make Superpole!
  • 1208 - I can't see the top Aussie boys fighting too hard in these conditions as it is a non championship event for them. Last thing they will want to do is get injured before round two at Winton which is only a couple of weeks away... The drizzle has stopped and the track is fairly dry but still things a little tricky
  • 1203 - Difficult half damp conditions for the Aussie Superbikes that are scheduled to start their first race of the weekend in 15 minutes
