- 1541 - Jason tried hard
but Jamie kept it together and brought it home again for
another win. A dominant performance from the Yamaha
men and Jeremy Crowe braving it with some nasty hand
injuries to score some good points despite struggling for
fitness. Encouraging form for Holland on the new CBR600RR, a
lot more expected to come from that machine as the season
progresses...
- 1540 - Jason O'Halloran
has a sniff.... The gap to Jamie down to 7-tenths as they
get the last lap board but Jamie will respond....
- 1539 - Greedy just saved a
near major highside in his quest to run down Waters and keep
Holland at bay...
- 1537 - Jamie's quickest
lap thus far in this race was a 34.27, O'Halloran a 34.33,
Crowe 34.57 and Holland the only other man to crack a 34
with a 34.64. That is a very encouraging little statistic
for the Honda men
- 1536 - O'Halloran has the
gap to Jamie down to just under a second now and enjoys a
two second buffer over Crowe. Holland right on Greedy
now
- 1535 - Holland through on
Staring now, has a bit of ground to claw back on Greedy and
Waters to mount a challenge for fourth
- 1534 - The CBR600RRs rode
by Staring and Holland still have plenty of room for
development, running standard headers here this weekend and
remarkably stock, they should have some more go fast bits
before Winton
- 1533 - Something flapping
around on Staring's bike near the throttle, perhaps
something come adrift on his gloves but it is waving about
in the breeze. Holland looking for a way past so he can put
a challenge on Waters and Greedy
- 1531 - Holland right on
the tail of Staring now and tailing that second pack...
Jamie leads O'Halloran by 1.2 seconds who in turn has
managed to stretch a gap of 7-tenths over Crowe. The
second pack is a further seven seconds down on that leading
trio
- 1530 - Luckless Zac Davies
has had to retire again with some sort of drama after
showing some encouraging speed. Better luck for Winton!
- 1529 - Holland up to
seventh now, he has picked up his pace now and might even
catch Staring, Greedy and Waters, he has plenty of time to
do it, I might wager on him getting up to fourth place
by race end if he hasn't toasted his tyres in making his
progress through the pack
- 1527 - Jamie maintaining
his lead at a little over 1.5 seconds while O'Halloran and
Crowe continue their tussle over second place. Waters
leading that second pack from Greedy, Staring and Henderson
- 1526 - Holland has worked
his way up to ninth place from that back of the grid start
- 1525 - Staring has worked
his way closer to that second pack of Greedy, Waters and
Davies but the top three are way ahead now
- 1523 - Waters through on
Davies now. Jamie leads his team-mates by 1.5 seconds
already
- 1522 - Jamie breaking away
from Jason and Jeremy already then it is Davies, Greedy,
Waters, Henderson and Staring
- 1521 - Supersport men away
now, Yamaha 1-2-3 as per normal, Jason, Jamie, Jeremy the
three Js on the three Yamahas up front
- 1520 - Russell Holland
didn't make it out for the formation lap and was put to the
back of the grid for the final Supersport bout
