  • 1525 - Rea celebrates the win with a fine stand-up mono. Pitt second, Andrews third and Stauffer fourth
  • 1524 - Rea got the last lap board with a 9.9 second advantage over Pitt. Andrews not too far behind in third and if Pitt is not careful he might get mugged at the final turn....
  • 1523 - Dan Stauffer ran a little wide at turn seven and Simon Andrews took advantage for third place
  • 1522 - Rea leads by 9.18 seconds from Pitt who has had to put his head down to fend off Stauffer
  • 1521 - Pitt up to second place due to Lowry's problems. Stauffer right on his tail.  Andrews and McWilliams having a good battle over fourth place
  • 1520 - Hold that, Ian Lowry has a problem... His muffler had come loose and he had to stop on the exit of turn one to kick the rest of it off before rejoining the race after losing a number of positions...
  • 1519 - Rea's lead out to 2.6 seconds now, Lowry looks to have given up the chase... Pitt under threat of losing third place to Dan Stauffer
  • 1518 - The gap between Rea and Lowry now out to 1.84 seconds. Pitt in third place a further 4 seconds behind.  Farquhar in 14th place and content to entertain the crowd with main straight length monos
  • 1517 - Andrews was in fourth position but ran wide at turn one which allowed McWilliams and Stauffer through
  • 1516 - Rea still holding sway at the front from Lowry, those men the only two in the 56s that time around while everyone down to 12th was in the 57s
  • 1515 - Seeley down at turn seven trying to chase down Lowry. Lost the front and then the rear and slid off softly into the sand...
  • 1514 - Rea straight down to 56.2 and the top four all in the 56s on their first flying lap.
  • 1513 - Shannon Johnson missing from this race due to a couple of big over-rev's doing his RC8R some terminal damage and sidelining for the remainder of proceedings...
  • 1512 - Kings away for their final bout now and Rea immediately took charge. Andrew Pitt got a good start up into third place but was overhauled by Seeley late on the opening lap. Lowry in second place.
  • 1454 - Third and final bout for the Kings of Wanneroo up next
  • 1452 - Final Sidecar bout just wrapped up with Walker boys making it three from three to take the event win from Fagan who was a consistent second place in all three bouts. Pinfold rounded out the race three podium which also elevate him above Watkins to take out third place overall
  • 1435 - The third and final Clubman 600 race just wound up with Clarke the victor from Elliott and Sant. Sidecars next and then the big boys of Kings Superbike are back on track

  • 1330 - Last lap board now and Rea's advantage 3.83 seconds after putting in another 56.6.  His final lap a 56.7 to take the win by 4.32 seconds over Seeley, Lowry third, Pitt fourth and Stauffer fifth
  • 1329 - Ryan Farquhar in 15th place messing around and pulling big wheelies over the hill before the braking area and then pulling it up again the length of the main straight...
  • 1328 - Rea backed it off to 56.6 and then 56.7 as no doubt the grip from the rear Pirelli starts to go away. His buffer over Seeley out to 3.2 seconds
  • 1326 - Rea is still having a red hot go regardless, wagging the tail of the Fireblade quite viciously out of turn one and very aggressive through the esses.
  • 1325 - Rea still putting in 56.5s and 56.4s and that is enough to rule out Seeley's challenge, the Suzuki rider 1.6 seconds down on Rea now and with a 1.8 second buffer over Lowry
  • 1324 - In the absence of Johnson it is up to Seeley to try and close on Rea and make a challenge, five riders have done 56 seconds laps so far in this race and competition is hot...
  • 1323 - Rea and Johnson both do a 56.5... Johnson then runs very wide in turn one... Perhaps some sort of mechanical drama...  What a shame for both Shannon and KTM.... We await a diagnosis and prognosis.
  • 1323 - Rea to the lead! Rea took Johnson at turn one as they approach the halfway point in the race. It is hard to think Shannon has enough to come back at him, Rea is fired up and keen for any battle the Australian KTM rider may throw at him...
  • 1322 - Fastest lap of the race to Rea 56.34
  • 1321 - Johnson still in front and Rea still with him, Seeley and Lowry not far behind either, the top four covered by just over a second
  • 1320 - Rea right on Johnson's pipe and considers a look up the inside at turn one... Rea nearly highsided out of turn one, these boys are having a red hot go, championship race or not!
  • 1319 - This is Serious!  Rea up to second now and chasing Johnson who put in a 56.39 on that lap, Rea with a 56.42 though and Johnson probably unaware just how close the Ten Kate rider is as they head over Skyline...
  • 1318 - Johnson retains the lead as they cross the stripe again, Rea on a mission now and fastest man on lap two with a 56.66 and then takes Seeley in the change of direction for the left hander in another 'you are not allowed to do that there' style moves...
  • 1317 - Seeley hits the lead!  Shannon comes back at him on the exit of two, the pair touch, stay upright, Shannon in front, Rea from fifth to third with am impossible pass in the esses.  He obviously hasn't been told you don't pass people there!
  • 1316 - Johnson away well this time and sweeps across in time to take the lead into turn one. Lowry got very squiggly when putting the power down hard out of turn one but kept it together, Rea in fourth as they head over the back of the circuit...
  • 1315 - First to take up his position on the grid is Jonathan Rea, the last to take their spot on the grid pole sitter Shannon Johnson...
  • 1312 - Premier class racing up next, Kings of Wanneroo on their out lap now..,.

  • 1235 - Buckley took out that bout from Clarke and Elliott got the better of Sant for third place. Sidecars up next followed by 125s then it is time for the big boys to hit the track again
  • 1230 - Clubman 600 Race 2 is four laps in now with Buckley leading by a second over Clarke who then has a significant lead over third placed Sant

  • 1055 - Last lap board now; Rea 0.67 ahead of Lowry who in turn has 1.87 on Johnson. Seeley in fourth place ahead of Pitt, Andrews, Stauffer, McWilliams, Keevers and Ben Stronach rounding out the top ten.
  • 1054 - Rea pulling away from Lowry a little now. A few laps still remaining but I would say the podium is decided...  Rea, Lowry, Johnson.... But lapped traffic can still mess with that prediction...
  • 1053 - Lapped traffic now shaking things up....
  • 1052 - Johnson not keeping up with Lowry now and losing touch with second place man Ian Lowry.  Rea still in front but unable to shake Lowry...
  • 1048 - Rea's best lap thus far a 56.18, Lowry a 56.30 and Johnson a 56.18. Rea again pulling a little ground and Johnson failing to make an attach on Lowry...
  • 1047 - Only half a second covering the leading trio again now. Seeley is in fourth place ahead of Pitt, Stauffer, Andrews, McWilliams and Keevers
  • 1046 - Rea responds to the challenge and stretches his lead back out to nearly half a second. Johnson trying to get on terms with Lowry which will work to Rea's benefit
  • 1045 - End of lap three saw Rea, Lowry and Johnson covered by just over half a second. As they crossed the stripe next time around things were a little tighter again with Lowry only 2-tenths behind Rea and Johnson equidistant back to third
  • 1044 - Lap two and Johnson up to third but has his work cut out for him in catching Rea. The Irishman putting a 56.1 on his first flying lap to pull 3-tenths on Lowry and more than double that to Johnson
  • 1042 - They thunder off the line with Jonathan Rea immediately hitting the front and leading from Lowry, Seeley and Johnson. The opening lap a 60.10 from a standing start to the race leader
