The 2004 KTM 125 SX has scored new fork settings for 2004.

New Renthal handlebars and grips combined with an easier clutch to make the rider comfortable.

New robot welded frame parts in the swingarm bearing and footrests and a new rear section. The swingarm pivot is claimed to be more stable.

Also new is the exhaust and silencer. The air filter support is new and features new stickers both there and on the rear guard.

Also new is a tripmaster switch and number plate carrier.
