The British Superbike Championship kicks into action on March 26^th at the world famous Brands Hatch circuit in Kent when 250 Suzuki owners and their pillion passengers will enjoy the start of the 2000 Championship for free.

The season opener will see the debut of new team-mates, British No 2 Chris Walker and double British Supersports Champion, John Crawford, both competing on Suzuki GSX-R750 factory machinery for the first time in a British championship race.

Running under the team banner "Team National Tyres Suzuki presented by Clarion", the highly rated new Suzuki partnership is set to be a big hit with race fans eager to witness the return of British racing to the fast-paced Kent venue.

Nick Barnes, General Manager of Suzuki Motorcycle Sales and Marketing said, "Suzuki is firmly committed to supporting British race events and also to rewarding customers for their loyalty. This has been evident in recent years by Suzuki’s interaction with owners and our involvement at the majority of UK based high-profile race venues such as the Isle of Man, Silverstone, Donington Park and Brands Hatch."

Looking ahead to this year’s racing programme, he added, "We’re confident that both Chris and John will provide more than enough entertainment to keep fans interested on the racing front and while they take care of on-track matters, our Suzuki village display will continue to offer more and more to interest race-goers off the track. The Suzuki offer includes secure Suzuki parking, exclusive viewing area, entrance to the Suzuki village and two free admission tickets each worth £20.

To enter the free ticket prize draw and join the Suzuki party, entrants need to own an officially imported Suzuki moped, scooter or motorcycle and should apply in writing, attaching a photocopy of their machine’s registration document displaying name and address to:- Suzuki Information Department, BSB Ticket Offer (1), PO Box 2910, Brighton, BN1 1TD. All entries for the draw must be received by first post on 17.03.00.

The first 250 entries drawn will be invited to join Team National Tyres Suzuki presented by Clarion at Brands Hatch and all tickets will be despatched to winners on 20.03.00.
