Are these the first ever images of BMW's new 450 Enduro machine?

Many seem to think so and our European contact that sent these through stated that the machine was put through its paces by former champion Sascha Eckert at the opening of the German Enduro Championship. The bike wore no logos or branding of any sort and the vehicle it arrived in was nothing more spectacular than a plain white van.

Our source also reports that Eckert did not push too hard but was treating the event as more of a shakedown session. He finished outside the top ten.

We can't even confirm at this stage if BMW have anything like this coming and BMW Australia staff 'claim' no knowledge of the machine. But stranger things have happened...
