The all new M2R X4 helmet was worn by Australian SX Winner Jay Marmont, and the rest of the Monster Energy Kawasaki Team throughout the 2012 Motocross & Supercross season. The new X4 is a super-lightweight, 1350+-50g premium race helmet, with a newly developed MIT Plus 4 layer shell, made from Carbon, Kevlar, Fibreglass and PA Penetration Mat. It also has a 4 piece EPS impact absorption liner, with a dual density crown and channelled ventilation, just like helmets that are twice the price! Totally designed and developed right here in Australia, the new X4 is the result of over 3 years of design, development and testing, and has been honed to perfection by the Monster Energy Kawasaki Australia team this year. The new X4 also features the ESRS (Emergency Safety Removal System) where the cheek pads can be removed by pulling two tabs, prior to taking off the helmet to reduce pressure and movement in an emergency. It also has a fully removable 3D Ergonomic Interior liner designed for the highest level of comfort, hold, durability and sweat wicking properties.
