Josh Brookes topped the Supersport practice session but things were a lot more tightly packed in this one and only qualifying session.  This session was tight all the way but Russell Holland topped the charts closely followed by McCarthy, Clarke and Brookes.  All these four riders were covered by only 3-tenths of a second while the top three was covered by a single tenth !
