| Casey is the filling in
the Japanese sandwich! The Australian Aprilia rider set the
third fastest lap time today obtaining the front row of the
Brno GP which will be very close with many fast riders ready
to go on the podium. Also Locatelli improved his yesterday
lap time of one second getting the 11th position. The LCR
Italian rider feels more confident and ready to finish
tomorrows race in the top ten riders. Casey Stoner third 2’02”468 - “I am very happy with today's session and all the week end we have been much more confident and a lot faster than the past races. We are very confident for the race tomorrow because we have a good race setting and the bike is working very well. It’s going to be an hard race but I think is possible to go on the podium”. Roberto Locatelli 11th 2’03”851 - “I am still making progress and I improved my yesterday lap time of one second. This means that we are doing a good work and I have got a good pace on race tyre as well. On qualifying tyre we got the performance that we expected so I feel very satisfied. I want to finish the race amongst the first 8 riders!”
