Valencia Ricardo Tormo circuit holds the sixteenth and last GP of the 2005 season which has been simply great for the CARRERA SUNGLASSES – LCR Team thanks to the second position of Casey Stoner in the 250cc class world standing. Now the objective is to finish the season in the best way possible. The ustralian rider no. 27 set the pace today for the first qualifying session whilst his team mate Roberto Locatelli wants to repeat the good performance he made in Turkey even though he was only 13th fastest today because of some setting problems.

Casey Stoner POLE POSITION 1’36”143 - “I am very happy with todays performance. The team worked very hard and all we need is a few minor changes to give us a very good race setting. So far this year this has been the best Friday for me because we were very close to our race setting from the word go. I hope tomorrow goes the same and we are all working to finish the year in fine style”.

Roberto Locatelli 13th 1’37”886 - “After the good performance I made in Istanbul I feel very motivated for this GP. Unfortunately we had a few setting problems today that we have to solve for tomorrow. Now we are working hard to find a solution but I do not feel quite…”
