Superbike Race 1

• 1247 - Krusty gets Robbie under brakes for turn three, he got a good run out of the turn also, but Bugden closes under brakes for turn four, the two side by side through the final turn but it is Krusty that gets the best run to the line to take the final spot on the podium.  Holland the clear winner, Jamie second.  A great race!
• 1246 - Two laps to run and lapped traffic coming into play.  Holland has a good 1.8 second lead now however and is looking fairly safe. Jamie looks safe for second but the battle for third place has not been decided, Bugden has held the position for a number of laps but Krusty is sure to make a late charge...
• 1245 - Holland was certainly being held up by Stauffer, he just backed up that 69.98 with a 69.83 to set a new lap record, lowering the mark again from what Krusty reset the lap record with early in the race
• 1243 - Holland in the lead now, and this time Jamie doesn't come back at him. And Holland takes advantage of the clear air to dip into the 9s, a 69.98 to the Pirelli man. 
• 1241 - Krusty up the inside of Bugden into turn four that time around but Bugden gets him back in the middle of the turn as they stand it up again before tipping back in for turn five. Holland still with Jamie, showing him a wheel here and there.  And makes his move now, at turn three with six laps to run, Jamie back up the inside at turn four to take the lead back.  Bugden has closed on them again now, the Suzuki still certainly looks to have the most mumbo and Robbie is twisting the throttle off the tube he is whacking it open so hard on the exits of the turns!
• 1239 - Stauffer and Holland have pulled a couple of bike lengths over Bugden and Fergusson now, but things are still close enough with 7 laps to run it to be anyone's game
• 1238 - Bugden up the inside of Krusty at turn six to take third place, Holland getting ready to challenge
• 1236 - The top four still virtually nose to tail, Krusty great under brakes, Holland good on entry, Jamie perhaps the best on the exit, mid-corner they are all on a fairly even par here, of course at this track they are not on the side of the tyre much at all and the tyre wear issue is the centre rather than the sides
• 1235 - Half a second covering the leading quartet after five laps, Krusty the only man to dip into the 9s in this race thus far. Race pace on that last lap for all the leading four was around 10.6.
• 1233 - Still Jamie in front, had 3-tenths on Holland at the end of lap three but that gap was down to less than 2-tenths as they started lap five and the leading quarter then really closed up with Stauffer, Fergusson, Holland, Bugden virtually nose to tail.  Fergusson briefly got second place but Holland took it back under brakes for turn four
• 1232 - Krusty sets a new lap record on the second lap to close on Holland, Krusty is certainly trying hard and working for his money!  He is also on a harder tyre than most of the others so that might stand him in good stead late in the race.
• 1231 - Still Jamie leading from Russell while Bugden is trying to challenge Fergusson for third. Shannon Johnson just moved past Dan Stauffer for fifth place
• 1230 - Jamie Stauffer got the jump and kept the lead through the first turn, Holland second, Krusty third, Bugden fourth.
• 1230 - Track temp is a warm 33c, Krusty is on a harder rear than most of the other Michelin runners while all the front running Dunlop boys have chosen the same rubber.
• 1228 - Superbike on their warm up lap now
