Supersport Race 2

• 1457 - The leading trio all in the 72s on the penultimate lap... Hectic last lap.  O'Halloran backs it in to take Aitchison at the final turn and keeps it under control to take the win by a tenth of a second, Jamie Stauffer rounds out the podium, Geronomi fourth, only half a second covering the whole quartet.  Then came Allerton, Crowe, Fergusson and Staring rounds out the top eight
• 1455 - Aitchison and Stauffer down to the 72s now and putting in a big effort, Geronomi just put in a new fastest lap on lap 14, a 72.59, tussling with Jamie over third and working hard to get back on terms with Aitchison and O'Halloran, this race could still go to any of that four
• 1453 - O'Halloran getting excited now, put in a couple of 72s. Jeremy Crowe putting in some fast laps to try and work his way forward from eighth, he is right behind Clarke and Fergusson
• 1451 - Aitchison back in front and O'Halloran then pushed Geronomi back to third.  5 laps to run and the leading Yamaha quartet still covered by only half a second. Allerton has moved forward to take fifth place from Fergusson
• 1449 - Geronomi underneath Aitchison for the lead at the final turn, Aitchison didn't relent but Geronomi nipped underneath him and kept it cranked on its side and in the end Aitchison had no choice but to let him have it
• 1448 - O'Halloran looking for a way to challenge Geronomi, at the same time Geronomi is all over the back of race leader Aitchison as the race pasts the halfway mark
• 1446 - O'Halloran pushed Stauffer back to third place now, but the leading four still running fairly tight and with nearly a second advantage over fifth placed Fergusson.  Allerton and Staring tussling over sixth place
• 1444 - Geronomi past Stauffer to take second place now and trying to challenge Aitchison for the lead. The leading quartet running in close company now, only half a second covering the front four. Fergusson can't quite match them
• 1443 - Waters has been drifting back as the laps count down, back to ninth place now just ahead of Jeremy Crowe.  Staring sixth, Allerton seventh, Clarke eighth
• 1442 - Geronomi the first man into the 12s so far this race with a 12.84 to move past O'Halloran and up into third place
• 1441 - Stauffer, Aitchison, O'Halloran the order up front, Geronomi still there in fourth and holding out Fergusson to keep it Yamaha 1-2-3-4
• 1439 - As they start lap two it is Stauffer in the lead from Aitchison and the duo starting to get away. Fergusson got a bad start and was running around seventh but was quickly up to fifth
• 1438 - Aitchison the early leader ahead of Stauffer and Geronomi was quickly up to third ahead of Josh Waters
• 1435 - Supersport riders removing their time warmers on the grid now, getting ready to head off on their warm up lap
