  • 1735 - An interesting item to note is that Aitchison managed to knock off the lap record set by Crowe yesterday to set the new mark at 1m36.345
  • 1659 - Chris Seaton scored ninth and Craig Shirriffs crossed the line for tenth but I believe he has scored a jump start penalty which will push him further down the order and thus Sam Smith will inherit tenth place ahead of Goldsmith, Davies, Clarke and Jones
  • 1658 - Jason has the inside line to MG, Jamie all over the back of him through turn 11...... Closes between 11 and 12 a little further....They run down the straight, Jamie tucked in behind, pulls out of the slipstream at the last moment but Jason takes the win by 0.045 of a second. Aitchison came home third 1.7 seconds further adrift, Staring 4th, Crowe 5th, Allerton 6th, Waters 7th, Greedy 8th
  • 1657 - Jason back under at turn four in a clean move and I think Jamie expected it and let him in
  • 1656 - Last lap board now and Jamie pulls alongside Jason as they cross the line... Takes the lead on the run to turn one
  • 1654 - Jason might have the wood on Jamie in this one.....  Aitchison catching them now too, new fastest lap of the race to the man in third place to narrow the gap to around a second and pull out a second over Staring
  • 1653 - Jamie and Jason still going hammer and tong... Aitchison has got the better of Staring for third and built a small buffer over the Honda man... 3 laps to run
  • 1650 - Jason has a narrow advantage of Jamie for a short while but Jamie is all over him again now.... Staring and Aitchison can't match their pace
  • 1648 - It is Jamie and Jason tussling over the lead and Staring is trying to stay with them in third while holding off advances from Aitchison
  • 1646 - Staring is aiming to spoil the Yamaha part though and slips up to third place early in the race to mount his challenge for the front
  • 1645 - Aussie Supersport race underway now and up front it is situation normal with a trio of Yamahas being chased by the others.
