Sherco release new junior Trials machine
The Sherco Academy model was first released in 2008, in order to provide the younger riders with a motorcycle suitable for use as they develop their skills in the demanding sport of modern trials. For 2009 the Academy family grows a little deeper with some tweaks which are more than cosmetic. Sherco have also released a slightly higher specification model with top level competition in mind.
The new Sherco Academy has received some improvements in respect to its predecessor. Beyond the new look there is a redesign of the ignition mapping along with a more efficient electrical system. The racing version includes some additional features including several carbon-fibre parts and a titanium exhaust header pipe.
