Managing Director, Peter Alexander
“The opening of our newest flagship store will showcase the Indian and Victory Motorcycle brands to Western Australia. We recognize and understand that owning a motorcycle such as a Victory and Indian Motorcycle is a lifestyle decision and one that demands matching customers’ expectations not just with product but also in terms of experience. That is what we will do! Our flagship retail stores around the country affords us unprecedented access to our customers. Our management team are at the forefront when it comes to the ability to respond to customer issues, as well as identify trends or emerging customer needs. One such initiative that stemmed from being so integrated is the introduction of the industry pioneering and exclusive Weekend Escape Test Ride Program (1) that has revolutionized the industry in the Eastern states and now being emulated by tier one car brands. Rarely are manufacturers so close to the end user as we are.”
The doors opened officially Thursday 8th September with a Grand Opening Celebration event to be held on Saturday the 8th October. The Grand Opening Celebration which is open and free to the public will kick off at 9.00am and feature live music, food trucks as well as an Indian Scout will also be raffled on the day worth $20,000! All you need to do is turn up and register on the day to be in the draw.
Entertainer, acclaimed actor and brand ambassador Shane Jacobson will be on hand as the Master of Ceremonies. Most people know via he’s involvement in Top Gear, that Shane’s a huge motorsport & performance fan. Shane commented, “it was the styling and sheer performance that drew to me to the brands some years back.
Before they even finished telling me about the new dealership in Perth, I offered to help launch the store as the WA motorcycling community are fantastic and I’ve enjoyed my previous involvement with the WA motorcycle scene enormously.”
And just when you thought that the Grand Opening could not get any bigger, Ian Moss from Cold Chisel will be making an appearance before he performs later that night at an invite only function for Owners & VIPs. Ian said “…I just rode my Indian from Sydney to my home town Alice Springs for the Back to Alice Charity ride & concert. I’ve been involved with the brand since the global launch back in 2013 and when they asked me to be part of the celebration to open in Perth, I said hell yeah!”
