2027 Sherco Factory Enduro range
Sherco’s 2027 Factory Enduro range is now available in Australia, with six models covering three two-strokes and three four-strokes and Australian pricing stretching from $14,799 through to $19,299.
The MY27 update is evolutionary rather than a wholesale platform change, but it includes some worthwhile mechanical developments among the detail refinements.

The 125 SE Factory receives the most substantial transmission work, with a lighter gearbox and spring-mounted shift-fork shafts, while the 250 SE Factory and 300 SE Factory adopt the revised spring-mounted shift-fork arrangement.
On the four-stroke side, the significant MY27 change is a complete Akrapovič exhaust system for the 300 SEF Factory.
Across the range there is also a new graphics package, a revised seat with a less aggressive grip surface and a new battery.

Sherco says reducing the aggressiveness of the seat grip is intended to make it easier for the rider to move around the motorcycle while still providing sufficient support in enduro riding.
125 SE Factory gets the biggest transmission changes
The 125 SE Factory is the model that receives the most extensive gearbox work for MY27.

Sherco has lightened the six-speed transmission in an effort to reduce the sensation of drivetrain inertia and improve response at lower engine speeds.
The shift-fork shafts are now spring-mounted, a change Sherco says produces smoother and more precise gear changes.
Those changes are particularly relevant on a 125, where maintaining momentum and keeping the engine working effectively through the gearbox are such an important part of extracting performance.
The engine itself remains a 124.81 cc liquid-cooled two-stroke single with an electronically controlled power valve and booster arrangement.

Sherco continues to use a Keihin PWK 36 carburettor rather than fuel injection, and electric starting is standard.
Drive is through a hydraulic multi-disc wet clutch and six-speed transmission, while the exhaust specification comprises a chromed expansion chamber and aluminium silencer.
The 2027 Sherco 125 SE Factory is priced at $14,799 RRP in Australia.
Smoother shifting for 250 SE and 300 SE
The 250 SE Factory and 300 SE Factory do not receive the 125’s specifically identified lighter gearbox, but both adopt the new spring-mounted shift-fork shafts.

Sherco says the arrangement improves feedback through the gear selector and allows smoother gear changes, with the aim of making the motorcycles more fluid and efficient to ride in enduro conditions.
The 250 SE continues with its 249.32 cc single-cylinder two-stroke engine, while the 300 SE displaces 293.14 cc.
Both use electronically controlled power valves and Keihin PWK 36 carburettors, along with electric starting, hydraulic wet clutches and six-speed transmissions.

Fuel capacity on all three MY27 Sherco two-strokes is 10 litres.
The 250 SE Factory is priced at $16,799 RRP, while the 300 SE Factory is $17,299 RRP.

300 SEF Factory adds full Akrapovič system
The headline change to Sherco’s four-stroke range is found on the 300 SEF Factory, which gains a complete Akrapovič exhaust system for 2027.

Sherco specifically identifies the exhaust as a new MY27 feature for the 300 SEF, intended to reinforce the model’s Factory specification and performance focus.

The 300 SEF is powered by a 303.68 cc DOHC four-valve single-cylinder engine fed by Synerject electronic fuel injection.
It uses electric starting and a six-speed gearbox with a hydraulic multi-disc wet clutch.
The 300 SEF Factory is priced at $18,299 RRP in Australia.
450 SEF and 500 SEF top the Australian range
Sherco’s larger four-strokes continue the Australian MY27 range with the 450 SEF Factory and 500 SEF Factory.

The 450 is powered by a 449.40 cc DOHC four-valve single, while the nominal 500 actually displaces 478.22 cc.
Both are fuelled by Synerject electronic injection and use six-speed transmissions.
The MY27 specification also lists complete Akrapovič exhaust systems on both the 450 SEF and 500 SEF. Unlike the 300 SEF, however, Sherco does not identify those exhaust systems as a specific new-for-2027 development.
The 450 SEF Factory carries an Australian RRP of $18,799, while the 500 SEF Factory tops the local range at $19,299.
KYB, Brembo and Excel Factory hardware
Much of the premium running gear is shared across Sherco’s MY27 Factory Enduro family.

The bikes are built around Sherco’s high-strength chrome-molybdenum steel semi-perimeter chassis and use model-specific KYB suspension settings.
At the front is a fully-adjustable 48 mm KYB closed-cartridge fork providing 300 mm of travel.
A KYB 50 rear shock provides 330 mm of travel, again with hydraulic settings and spring rates tailored to the individual models.

Brembo hydraulic brakes are standard, acting on a 260 mm front disc and 220 mm rear disc.

Black-anodised Excel rims measure 21 inches at the front and 18 inches at the rear and are fitted with Michelin Enduro tyres.
Sherco lists 355 mm of ground clearance and a 950 mm seat height across the MY27 machines.
The two-strokes carry 10 litres of fuel, while the 300 SEF, 450 SEF and 500 SEF four-strokes use 9.8-litre tanks.
