Alex Gobert’s riding Academy ready for Broadford on 12 December
There are still positions available in Alex Gobert’s Road Race Performance Academy to be held at Broadford, Victoria, in just two weeks time on 12 December.
In its final outing of the year, the innovative new rider training school is set to shine at the undulating 2.1-kilometre circuit. Broadford’s State Motorcycle Sport Complex is situated just one hour north of Melbourne and is ideal for a day of learning at the circuit right as summer heats up.
Special guest for the day will once again be 2004 Aussie Superbike and Supersport champ Adam Fergusson, offering RRPA participants the opportunity to ride on track at the same time as the former Supersport World Championship podium placer.
Gobert will conduct the classroom theory sessions and explain invaluable techniques that will include cornering, body position, braking, throttle control, shifting, vision, and personalised feedback that is guaranteed to improve your riding.
RRPA’s dedicated group of coaches will ride on track with each group, providing influential feedback at the completion of each and every session. Groups include Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, with the price recently reduced to just $275.00 for the day.
All riders receive a show bag and RRPA cap included in the entry fee, with prize giveaways and course completion certificates awarded at the end of the day
Entry forms and further information regarding the course are available on RRPA’s official website at www.rrpa.com.au.
ALEX GOBERT:
“This event at Broadford is set to be the largest so far since we launched the program earlier this year. Our experience and popularity is growing with each outing, so we are definitely excited for this last event of 2008. I’m also extremely looking forward to releasing our 2009 national calendar and structure in December, with great plans set to be implemented in the new year.”
