2026 CFMOTO 450CL-C

CFMOTO Australia has released the MY26 450CL-C, introducing a series of incremental updates to its LAMS-approved cruiser while retaining the core mechanical package that has underpinned the model since its launch.

Liquid-cooled, four-stroke, parallel twin, DOHC, 270° crankshaft
449 cc parallel-twin makes 40 horsepower and 42 Nm of torque

Available now in Australian dealerships at a ride-away price of $8,990, the 2026 450CL-C focuses on rider comfort, ergonomics and visual refinement rather than mechanical change, with the liquid-cooled 449 cc parallel twin carried over unchanged.

CFMOTO’s MY26 450CL-C cruiser arrives in Australia with updated comfort and revised detailing for 2026.

The 270-degree crankshaft twin continues to produce 40 horsepower at 8,000 rpm and 42 Nm at 6,250 rpm, delivered through a six-speed gearbox with CF-SC slipper clutch and Bosch EFI. That output keeps the 450CL-C squarely within the LAMS cruiser segment, where it has positioned itself as an accessible alternative to traditional V-twin designs.

Ultra low 705 mm seat height

For 2026, the most noticeable update is the revised seat. CFMOTO has increased cushion thickness to 55 mm and widened the seating area by 20 mm on each side. The aim is to provide better support over longer rides while maintaining the low 705 mm seat height that has made the model approachable for a wide range of riders.

The 2026 CFMOTO 450CL-C features a thicker and wider seat aimed at improved long-ride comfort.

A revised heel-toe gear lever has also been introduced, replacing the previous shifter arrangement. The new design is slimmer and intended to improve shift comfort while reducing boot wear and interference during riding.

A revised heel-toe gear shifter is fitted to the MY26 CFMOTO 450CL-C for easier operation.

Visually, the MY26 model adopts a slightly broader rear stance thanks to new rear fender side panels that are 30 mm wider. The change is subtle but gives the cruiser a more planted appearance, while also offering improved splash protection and airflow management around the rear wheel.

Two new colour options are available for 2026: Nebula White and Galaxy Grey.

The MY26 CFMOTO 450CL-C retains 37 mm upside-down forks and J.Juan braking hardware.

Chassis specifications remain unchanged, with a 37 mm upside-down front fork offering 130 mm of travel, a centrally mounted rear shock with 96 mm of travel.

Braking is handled by a J.Juan radial-mounted four-piston front caliper acting on a 320 mm disc, paired with a 220 mm rear disc and backed up by dual-channel ABS.
