MotorCycle Holdings acquire select Peter Stevens & Harley Heaven dealerships

MotorCycle Holdings Limited (MCH) has confirmed the successful acquisition of select Peter Stevens and Harley-Heaven dealerships in key locations, alongside their associated eCommerce businesses.

Here are the included business assets and operations across the Peter Stevens and Harley-Heaven networks:

  • Harley-Heaven Adelaide
  • Harley-Heaven Perth
  • Harley-Heaven Penrith
  • Harley-Heaven Sydney
  • Peter Stevens Motorcycles Adelaide
  • Peter Stevens Motorcycles Dandenong
  • Savage Motorcycles Perth
  • Triumph Sydney

This purchase expands the MCH business into South Australia and Western Australia and increases an already strong footprint in Victoria and New South Wales. The agreement also includes Peter Stevens’ BRP Sea-Doo and Can-Am business, a new category of recreational vehicles for MCH.

Alongside existing key brands like Harley-Davidson, Yamaha, Kawasaki, KTM, Honda, Suzuki and Triumph, this deal secures the future of two of Australia’s most iconic motorcycle retail brands, bringing immediate reassurance to loyal customers, staff and the broader motorcycle community.

Matthew Wiesner – CEO of MotorCycle Holdings Ltd.

“This is not the end of Harley-Heaven or Peter Stevens – it’s a new chapter. These iconic brands are here to stay. With MCH’s comprehensive industry knowledge, strong financial backing and proven track record, we’re committed to ensuring the new Harley-Heaven and new Peter Stevens dealerships continue to deliver for bikers across the country.”

Same names. Same heritage. Stronger backing.

  • MCH is securing over 50 years of brand equity and heritage, ensuring continuity for customers and motorcycle enthusiasts alike
  • Dealerships will remain open under their existing brand identities, with enhanced support and product ranges, and a renewed focus on the customer experience
  • Jobs across the acquired network have been retained, delivering stability for team members and peace of mind for communities

A stronger future for riders

  • With MCH’s national scale and deep industry knowledge, both the new Harley-Heaven and new Peter Stevens are set to thrive
  • Operational strength and financial backing will ensure stock availability, expanded service capability, and a commitment to long-term customer support
  • Investment in technology and systems will streamline online and in-store experiences
  • Even broader product offering with addition of BRP Sea-Doo and Can-Am business

“We are looking forward to building on the quality of these new Peter Stevens and new Harley- Heaven dealerships,” continues Wiesner. “The quality people and processes this acquisition brings into the wider MCH group will be beneficial and enable us to double-down on our commitment to an enhanced customer experience both in-store and online.”
