Trevor Hedge has been a full-time professional motorcycle journalist for over 15 years and has extensive experience across all facets of non-competition motorcycling.

Long distance motorcycling is something Trev very much enjoys; he has ridden a VFR1200F 16,000km around Australia in 15 days. Piloted a Fireblade from Phillip to Perth in 40 hours. Rode across America on a Harley-Davidson. Ridden a Suzuki DR650 across Australia and has plenty of adventure riding under his belt including APC Rally experience.

After recently selling his KTM 990 Adventure R and is currently refurbishing a 1993 Fireblade and 1996 Fireblade. Off road Trev rides a Honda CRF450X and also has extensive experience in the ATV and UTV arena. His first bike was a Motobecane 50cc moped complete with pedal start! Other previous bikes owned include a Kawasaki ZX-9R, Honda VFR800, Suzuki RF900R and KTM 990 SMT. He is currently deciding whether the next bike he buys will be a new KTM 1190 Adventure or BMW R 1200 GS.
